Cufflinks make any shirt look better. It's something I really wish Nick would start wearing with his dress shirts. It just pulls the whole outfit together. The only problem is, he doesn't think there are any cufflinks that will fit his style. But he hasn't gone over and looked at what Cuff Daddy has. They have so many different cufflinks to choose from!! I think he would really enjoy the solid silver ones or possibly even the ones with the skulls! That would definitely fit his style. This week has been so busy. I haven't had a day to just relax at all. Hopefully, tomorrow I will be able to. Nick and I have been running all over the place. Not literally running, but you get my drift. It sucks how far things are. You have to travel a good 25-30 miles to get to the bigger stores or hospitals. It sure does cost a lot in gas!!

Speaking of gas, I am so glad the price is going down! It is now 3.74 here. I am amazed. Remember the days when it use to be so much cheaper? Like a dollar a gallon? I was only about, 8 years old when it was that cheap. But those were the days!

Lets hope that gas keeps going down!

One thing that is very hard for me to eat is fish. There's just something about it that makes me not want to eat it. Unless of course, the person makes it just right. I think the perfect fish recipe would have to be something where I can't totally taste the fishy flavor. One of my favorite foods is sweet and sour pork. So, what I was thinking, why not make sweet and sour fish? I decided to try it with halibut. It's something new and something I've never tried before. I love to try new things! So, I cooked the halibut with green peppers, onions, pineapple chunks, sugar, ketchup and some flour. I also made some rice to go on the side. After I was done frying it all up, I had my whole family sit down and try it with me. Hey, it was something we all have never tried! To my surprise, everyone loved it! It came out so wonderfully! We will definitely try this one again. It's going into the family's cookbook.

For the first time ever I bought from walmart.com and used the option of having it shipped to a store near me. Well, I thought it would be fast because when I usually order and have it shipped directly to me, it comes in a couple days! Well, not this site-to-store business. It's taking forever!! I've waited over a week for the crib to get there. Everything else that we ordered is finally there. Just waiting on the crib. It says it should be there August, 6th. Hello?! I ordered it on the 18th of July. Why is it taking this long? It's ridiculous. I know, we should'nt have waited this long for the crib and ect. But geeze, hurry up there walmart!
